Creative developer driven by a love for collaboration and purposeful systems

About Me

I've been interested in programming and passionate about game development since childhood. At age 10, I created my first video games on Scratch. Although lacking any semblance of game feel and intentional game design, it sparked a lifelong love for planning and designing interactive experiences. Nowadays, I am a full-time Software Engineering student, aiming to improve my programming practices and collaborative experience. In my free time, I try my best to come up with interesting game concepts and implement them, usually with C# in Godot, which I've been using since 2020. I'm always looking for an interesting technical challenge.

Over the years, I've stuck with a 'fail fast, learn faster' mentality to developing new skills. Because of my desire to experiment and continuously improve, I spend much of my free time creating prototypes and developing new ideas. My hands-on approach and diverse experience has allowed me to expand my problem-solving abilities to a greater context than I would have otherwise, making me a versatile programmer. Each project I've worked on, whether completed or not, has contributed to my growth as a developer, helping me adapt to new technology with confidence.

I strive to push the boundaries of my creative and technical skills as I continue as a hobbyist game developer, while broadening my expertise on my Software Engineering course. I'm always eager to collaborate on projects that challenge me to grow as a developer, designer, or person.
